If you have considered, or just started, offering flyball classes to your clients, the Bay Racers Flyball Club can help you get started.

Training Assistance:

• Training Plans: "Introduction to Flyball" and "Intermediate Flyball" training plans (each class consists of six 1-hour sessions) are available. In addition, we can provide email support to you as you learn to teach your classes.
• Demonstrations: The Bay Racers Flyball club can bring racing dogs to your site to demonstrate flyball to your clients. We will provide all necessary equipment for the demonstration.
• Trainer Assistance: We can provide an experienced flyball trainer to assist you with your first flyball class.
• Workshop: Bay Racers flyball trainers can assist you in holding a 2-4 hour flyball workshop, working with your trainers and/or your clients.
• Class Assistance: Bay Racers can assist you in holding your first six week set of classes. We can provide all necessary equipment, and work with you so you can learn how to teach these classes yourself.

Training Plans are available to Dog Trainers. If you are interested in any of our above services, we will be happy to negotiate a package with you.

Fine Print: The demonstrations, workshops, and assistance are subject to schedule and fee negotiations (we compete frequently in flyball tournaments).

2004 Robbins Seminar:

Aaron and Kelly Robbins, from Rocket Relay in Toronto, were the previous world record holders with a 15.88 second time. You are invited to attend a weekend seminar on flyball with the Robbins in San Mateo, August 10 & 11. The "Robbins Method" for teaching a swimmers' turn on the box is the leading method used by flyball teams throughout North America. This is a working seminar, and you may attend as an auditor, or with your dog (Dog & Handler spaces extremely limited). A complete syllabus and schedule for the weekend is available.

About the Robbins:
Aaron and Kelly Robbins use strictly positive reinforcement techniques, and head up Ontario's Rocket Relay team. Rocket Relay's accomplishments include:

• Previously the #1 team in flyball
• First flyball team to break the 16.00-second barrier with a time of 15.887 seconds.
• Held the multi breed record from 1999-2001 with a time of 16.64 seconds.
• 1998 NAFA Champions
• 2000 and 2001 Great Outdoor Champions
• 3 time Purina Dog Champions, from 1999-2001
