Lunch Information:

Although the seminar site is not far from a variety of restaurants, in order to stay on schedule, we'd like to encourage folks to keep lunch short.

top

Flyball Box:

Since a lot of the seminar will be covering box work, try to bring your own box if you can.

top

Tennis Balls:

We will have plenty of regular size tennis balls, but if you would like to use something different, please bring a supply of those.

top

Private Lessons:

Aaron & Kelly will be happy to do a limited number of private lessons, both one-on-one and team lessons. This is a good chance for you to work another dog other than the one you're working, or get a little work in with your dog if you're Auditing, or just spend a little extra time with the Robbins. The length of time for the one-on-one, according to the Robbins, depends on how much time they spend talking with the owner and how long the dog can last, but is around 30 minutes.

The rates are $35 for each one-on-one session, and $150 for a team session of one hour. These sessions will be held immedieately after the seminar each day. Please let us know right away if you would like such a session, and if you prefer Saturday or Sunday (if you don't have a strong preference, tell us, so we can try to fit everyone in).

top

Video Taping:

Per the Robbins, you are allowed to video tape the sessions with your own dog (only). No taping of the lecture portions will be allowed.

top

Speakers and Vendors:

In addition to the Robbins, we may also have lunch time speakers. We'll keep you posted.

top

Miscellaneous Notes:

A couple of you have asked if there is anything you can do ahead of time, and here are a couple of ideas. One is to refresh your clicker skills. The other is to time your dog during runs, breaking it down to run-out, box, and recall times. This will give you an idea of things you can ask the Robbins to help you with.
